Dommond Lonnie was born September 2, 1964 in Los Angeles, California.  In 1986, he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was named to the Dean's Honors list.  In 1989 Dommond earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He joined the firm in 1989.  and was elected a director in 1997 and a shareholder in 2001. His practice primarily involves pretrial preparation and trial of product liability and general liability cases. He has earned recognition in providing high level and cost effective representation of corporate clients including Kelly-Moore Paint Company, Chrysler LLC and International Paper/Box USA.

Dommond was admitted to the California Bar in 1989. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Central and Southern District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, the Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

In order to give back to the legal community, Dommond has, among other efforts, served as a judge pro tem/settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
