Terence attended UCLA where he majored in English. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies he worked as a teacher and supervisor for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Concurrently, he attended the Whittier College School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. He became a member of the California Bar in 1979. He serves as an arbitrator for the Pasadena Superior Court.
Prior to joining the Firm in 1991, Terence worked as an associate litigation attorney with LaFollette, Johnson, Schroeder & DeHaas and the Law Firm of Hampton & Wilson. His practice primarily involves the pretrial preparation and trial of insurance defense matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction defect and environmental pollution. He has been very successful in obtaining minimal or zero verdicts in large, complex construction related litigation. Further, Terence has worked for many large insurance companies in the defense of their clients, including Zurich, TIG and CNA.
